As our Technical Support Specialist, youll be responsible for the setup and implementation of our technical operations schedule and ensuring the smooth, incident-free running of daily operational tasks. Working alongside the grocer, supply offices and headquarters, youll keep the operations system up to date and ensure that Service Centre Operators can work to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
We will look to you to ensure that systems are kept up to date and that all processes for lost and stolen cards work efficiently; from the customer call centre to the service centre. You will also draft daily reports and reconciliation statutes for our food and cash operations and monthly reports for supply headquarters. Additionally you will be required to provide support to our Operations by solving any PC or communication issues. To ensure we meet our commitments daily, you will also take charge of printing citizen and grocer cards with the javelin machine.
You should have excellent management skills to efficiently run the branch as well as first rate financial ability to help you set departmental budgets and forecast any funding requirements. You will also need excellent analytical and problem solving skills to continually improve the branch processes and the ability to lead a successful team of motivated employees.
